Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored hotel on a 400-acre farm in the county of Hampshire, just outside of London. We are currently looking for a House and Bars Supervisor to join our Team.

Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• Overseeing the daily operation of the House and all Bars outlets.
• To be a team leader thatinspires and nurtures the House and Bar team.
• Coach and train the Bartenders and House waiters to provideconsistent service of the highest standards throughout the Bars, House and restaurants.
• Acting as a visible and engaged presence on the floor, the role ensures that service is delivered with precision, warmth andattention to detail, always aligning with the ethos of Heckfield Place.
• Facilitating all tasks such as amenities,picnics and lake bar set ups, ensuring they are all delivered on point.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring organizational skills, strong communication, commercialawareness and a genuine commitment to developing people while maintaining excellence in execution.
