Sales Co-ordinator

We are now looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our fantastic Sales team.

The Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Commercial Director. They will handle the administration of reporting, contracting, image access, charity requests, database management, as well as supporting the Commercial Director with site inspections and enquiries. They will also be required to cover the Commercial Director when they are on leave and assist with any other adhoc requests they may have. The role will require flexible hours of working and will be property based.

Other duties include:

  • To assist the Commercial Director in responding to sales enquiries within 24 hours
  • Maintain accurate records in HART, ensuring timely updates on contacts, enquiries, bookings, and client interactions.
  • Assist with compiling monthly & annual sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for the Commercial Director.
  • Administration of all travel agent & VIP welcome cards as directed by the CD
  • Communication with all travel agents once guests are in house to confirm their safe arrival.
  • Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and familiarisation trips on behalf of the CD
  • To assist the CD in inputting all notes and follow up into HART post any sales trip activity
  • To conduct regular competitor analysis & rate checks
  • To assist with any general Sales requirements as directed by the CD
  • To ensure incoming and outgoing mail is checked and that filing of all correspondence is accurate
  • To support the Marketing Manager on adhoc activities
  • Uphold a strong team ethic and that the overall Sales targets and budgets are met.
