With the beginning of this new chapter underway, we’re looking for a passionate Head Practitioner to join our team and help to continue shape our Bothy journey.
The Head Practitioner is responsible for delivering all assigned treatments while leading and supporting the Practitioner team in the smooth daily operation of the treatment area.
For your application to be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
Formal accreditation with diplomas/certificates from tertiary institution, reputable Spa Institutions of at least NVQ Level 3
Similar previous position experience for at least 2 years, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Previous therapist/treatment training experience for at least 18months
Have a caring, calm, and compassionate nature and supporting team player
Represent a healthy balanced lifestyle
Proficiency in performing a wide range of Spa treatment services
Strong knowledge of treatment protocols and brand standard
Ability to conduct stock take and manage stock ordering efficiently
Ability to operate Spa Software or quick capability to learn.
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent time management & organizational skills
Work closely with Lead of Therapy to deliver beast therapy outcome and planning.
