We are now looking for a Front Office - Night Supervisor to join our friendly Front Office team.

To manage the hotel throughout the night and ensure our guests experience the same” wow” of Heckfield Place whatever time of day or night, ensuring the team maintain exceptionally high standards of service delivery through awareness of guest preferences.

Effective communication and organisational skills
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and anticipate guests needs
A positive ‘can-do’ and “want to do it” attitude - extremely service orientated, proactive and decisive
Attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure, keep calm and act responsibly in cases of emergency
To ensure all guest luggage is appropriately labelled and always delivered or collected from the correct room, as instructed by the Night Manager or Assistant Night Manager.
To serve food and drink to company standards and be aware of Licensing Laws and Basic Food Hygiene.
To make every effort possible to exceed guest expectations, ascertaining as much information about our guests as possible and ensuring it is recorded in the PMS and Daily Memo.
To ensure the “Night Audit” is completed every night after checking if all guests are checked in and rates are accurate, and all necessary reports are prepared and distributed.
To be the senior member of staff on duty when covering annual leave of the Night Manager or Assistant Night Manager
To assist with driving hotel and guest vehicles when needed
Being one of the hotel’s first aiders and fire marshals – training provided
